Typically, the library is thought of as a place for learning, gathering, and exploration. But the fundamental idea that has been put into the study is giving each reader singularity. Two extreme places are being created by a single system: one is a double-height space that acknowledges it as a learning environment, and the other is the reader’s individuality, a private space in another realm. The contrasts between these spaces reflect in the geometry of the new structure which is skewed diagonally with respect to the existing building.
