Savoury Sojourn is a travellers' abode for food enthusiasts on the Pichola Lake banks in Udaipur. The space creates an experience which portrays how the affair of cuisine refreshment is not just limited to food but also the space it is experienced in. The design focuses on different spots around the house showing a different mood and emotion to cook and enjoy the meal. The spaces are articulated around a central courtyard. Focusing on the authenticity of the site, the space is to be best enjoyed by food and culture enthusiasts.
