The Project aims on assessing various technologies and methods used in water management for urban cities which focuses on areas like Extent of Non-Revenue Water (NRW), Metering, Pricing structure, quality of water at source and 24x7 water supply by taking the case of Pune Metropolitan Region. An assessment framework for city water management has been prepared by looking at various global and national best practices, national standards and guidelines and through various expert interviews in water sector from various startups and organisation work for sustainable water management.
