In the city of Ujjain, the Kshipra river connect people, places, and other forms of life, inspiring, sustaining diverse cultural beliefs, values of the Hindu way of life. A holy bath in the river is considered to free oneself of his or her past karma and to grant moksha from the cycles of birth & rebirth. The Proposal is a Master Plan for Kshipra River Edge from the Chintaman Ghat area in the core to the Bhartrihari Caves in the northern periphery. The project details out at various levels through assigning of the Land uses for different activities. The project can be generally categorised into three parts 1. Riparian Edge, North 2. Ghat Revitalisation, Core 3. Vedshalas, South
