Ujjain, the land of Kumbh, is considered the most holiest city in Hinduism which attracts a stark amount of floating population during its festivities.Due to the major significance of Mahakaal in Ujjain, it had been the epicentre of development within the tourism and heritage sector.. This causes negligence in preserving other heritage structures and giving importance to intangible heritage sectors like the arts and food of the city  Developing a Saptsagar circuit will enhance tourism and heritage infrastructure beyond the boundaries of Mahakaal area and would still keep the cultural essence of the city alive.
