Map the supply chain ecosystem of E-commerce sector in Delhi or/ Bengaluru and understand its impact on Freight Distribution

India’s economic growth is closely tied to the prosperity of its cities, which collectively contribute over 63% to national GDP. Urban freight ensures that residents and businesses in all sectors receive the products needed to carry out daily tasks, and thus has become critical for the modern Indian city. Total demand for urban freight is estimated to increase by 140% in this decade. The National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) has identified Logistics and Transport as a priority sector for bridging the demand supply gap in the industry. In line with this, the latest Union Budget has also seen a major push on logistic infrastructure development and skill development across segments.
