BHARUCH - ANKLESHWAR DEVELOPMENT PLAN 2041

The Development Plan is an essential instrument for the planning of any urban region in India. It is in charge of influencing and encouraging urban development. The project is divided into layers to provide a better understanding of how the development plan is produced and implemented at various phases. A team of 10 students was tasked with creating a Development Plan for the Bharuch-Ankleshwar Urban Development Authority Region. The process includes primary, secondary surveys of existing situation analysis. Then, in a group of four, prepare a Master Plan for BAUDA, Gujarat, that is both strong and resilient in the face of present trends and future uncertainty.
