the portfolio acts as a record of the Developernet plan studio's many phases: A. Understanding the layers of a DP by doing a case study on a city. In this case a literature review on development Plan of Greater Mumbai.  B. Preparing a draft Development plan for Bhopal with the horizon year 2041. The project was divided in four iterations beginning with the Existing situation Analysis.  C. The next iterations, focused on concept, zoning, and the creation of a final development plan including zoning, road network, infrastructure, proposals, costs, phasing, implementation and revenue sources.
