The primary objective of our Studio-II, "Construction Project Execution, Monitoring, and Control," was to investigate the execution and monitoring stages of the project life cycle. To achieve this, we selected a commercial project situated in GIFT City, Gandhinagar, as our subject of study to explore the practical applications of project execution and monitoring based on our academic knowledge. Focusing on the execution phase of the project lifecycle, the portfolio briefly covers a few topics namely, Reinforcement Planning, Cost of Quality, Material Management, and Value Stream Mapping a lean construction tool adopted in the project.
