High Rise Residential Project

For our academic Studio II Construction Project Execution, Monitoring, and Control (CPEMC), we have focused on the study of a High-Rise Residential Project (G+14, 1 common Basement) consisting of 3-4 BHK ultra-luxurious apartments. The studio project is aimed to cover the fundamentals execution process, suggesting areas of improvement, studying the quality-related aspects on-site, and tracking the project so that any delay related to time and cost can be identified. In this studio, we carried out exercises like Pre-construction activities, 3D Site layout visualization using Revit, planning & scheduling (Pour planning), running earned value analysis using Primavera P6 as well as risk management through Primavera Risk Analysis, Material management, Quality management, understood & analyzed the use & effect of implementing lean tools & concepts like Value stream mapping (VSM), Foreman Delay Survey (FDS) and contract administration.
