The engagement successfully delivers every construction project of numerous stakeholders holding different scopes of work dealing with various challenges. The need to implement a standard coordination system in the whole industry is in high demand, but the problem is that people cannot identify the benefits it can create when optimized in the best manner possible. The research is oriented to understand stakeholders' opinions with different scopes and experience els and then trying to establish a knowledge base for professionals and academicians to understand the benefits of coordination on the organizational level and on the execution level. Detailed semi-structured interviews, qualitative questionnaire surveys, published research papers, and articles were carefully analyzed to understand and produce a genuine model for a balanced and acceptable formal and informal communication model. transparency between project actors and project leaders becomes essential to understand the function of time and value in project delivery mode; also, promoting proactivity and learning experience are paramount to effective stakeholder management for projects.
