Kritim Vasati is an affordable and conscious mass housing project that aims to promote economic development and upward mobility among the potters of Khumbarwada, Dharavi. The project is designed to enhance its residents' quality of life by offering them comfortable and flexible housing facilities that consider various aspects such as cross ventilation, community engagement enhancements, open spaces, and opportunities to increase their craft. In addition to providing housing, Kritim Vasati emphasizes negotiated incremental development among residents and incorporates commercial areas along with informal markets to contribute towards the community's economic growth.
