Implementation of Safety Aspects in Construction Site through Visual Planning
Safety in Construction Site is times getting ignored causing major injuring to the Construction Site personnel’s which directly affects the project progress and results in cost and time overruns. Here comes the importance of Visual Planning (4D) as it is a way of communicating information using the right tools at the right time as it bridges the gap and transports a person’s thoughts to the future. It is important as it improves efficiency, ensures transparency, establishes better communication, and reduces the safety risks. Construction sites are large and have dynamic environments which again thereby enforces the importance of Visual Planning at Construction site to avoid any fatal injuries. There are various terms explained under OSHA guidelines for Safety features and the analysis but there is a need of a tool which can better connect with the on-site and off-site personnel to better communicate the importance of safety.
