Construction industry globally is experiencing the digital revolution. The impact of digitalization is also evident
from massive adoption of Common Data Environment practices. As a result, the communication amongst the project teams internally and with the external stakeholders have changed and improved significantly. It has addressed the majority issues related to availability and access of the much-needed information and. However, getting the right information at the right time is till date one of the major concerns in the construction projects. The role of project coordinator exists for to address the exact same concern. Yet, despite having sufficient resources and tools, the coordination is suffering due to multiple uncoordinated communication channels and information waste in place. With having CDE in place, the coordination process requires a much-needed upgrade. The mode and methods of coordination is required to be modified and updated. This DRP is
intending to capture: What it means to have an efficient project coordination system in the age where CDE is getting industry wide acceptance.
