The project involves designing an Archaeological Museum in Champaner, Gujarat, incorporating exhibition spaces, a cafeteria, kitchen, admin area, amphitheater, and services. The design connects with the fort walls, offering multiple perspectives of the structure. To preserve the fort's vastness, most of the building is underground, with a tree, staircase, and cantilevered modern structure above ground to subtly indicate its presence. Visitors walk along a pathway to an amphitheater, with a bridge linking the museum to the fort wall. The design blends minimalism, glass cantilevers for panoramic views, and underground stone galleries, contrasting airy upper levels with sweeping vistas.
