The Community Kitchen provides nutritious meals to the local community, neighbourhood, and adjoining school while promoting gender equality through financial independence for women. Women from the community are integral to the kitchen’s operations, taking on roles in cooking, management, and logistics.
This initiative not only addresses food security but also empowers women by building skills and providing income opportunities, challenging traditional gender roles. By fostering collaboration and self-reliance, the project serves as a model for sustainable development and inclusive growth.
