This project reimagines Pagi Quarters by transforming its underutilized spaces—abandoned houses, rooftops, and narrow streets—into vibrant and inclusive workspaces. Focused on the needs of the community, the design creates decentralized hubs for activities like dyeing, tailoring, and embroidery. Each street is envisioned as a specialized zone, giving every space a unique identity while addressing the lack of formal work areas.
