It features incremental housing design, allowing residents to expand their homes as resources permit. Each unit combines fixed living spaces with flexible voids for future room construction, enabling customization within a compact 80 sq.m. area. Emphasizing affordability, community integration, and sustainability, the project supports artisans in sustaining their livelihoods while preserving cultural heritage. By fostering collaboration and creativity, the development creates a vibrant living environment that showcases artisans' craftsmanship and promotes economic opportunities.
