This project embodies a dynamic tension between order and chaos, a dialogue between the monument's inherent formality and the built environment's yearning for freedom. As the design unfolds, it seamlessly transitions from contained form to liberated expression, culminating in an embrace of the untamed waters. The project explores the intricate relationship between the celestial, terrestrial, and aquatic realms, with the ground plane serving as the critical threshold from which the design ascends.
