Why ‘Knot’? : A dive into Da Vinci’s world

The layout and organization of a space serve as the foundation for effective wayfinding, with pathways, rooms, and landmarks dictating the ease of navigation. Visual cues, from signage to architectural features, play a pivotal role in guiding individuals through the environment and orientating them towards interacting the space and experiencing it. Juxtaposing transparent and opaque (e.g., concrete or metal) materials creates spatial contrasts and make spaces feel multi-layered and rich.
