The building, a gateway to the lake, is oriented to frame views along the axis connecting vacant sites. It maintains an open ground level with minimal intervention—a café and ghat-like steps that descend into the water. The promenade expands into a plaza with soft landscaping. Circulation is streamlined, with pedestrian paths above and vehicular movement restricted to the basement. Corridors offer lake and highway views, while a service grid along two edges houses structural elements, utilities, and backstage needs, keeping them concealed. It integrates the urban context, enhancing the lakefront while maintaining functionality and expressing elegant boldness. It fosters a vibrant cultural space, drawing visitors and activating the lakeside with diverse events and performances.
