This project envisions a memorial celebrating the sacredness of the Kailash Temple, imagined as having taken flight, leaving behind a narrative-rich void. The design explores "Contextualism" through Reciprocal, Indifference, or Conflict theories, with "Indifference" selected as the approach based on iterative model explorations. Key constraints include preserving the Garbhagriha with the Shivalinga in its original location and maintaining the surrounding mountain form. The program incorporates sacred, museum, and public spaces, emphasizing sectional and volumetric spatial experiences, natural light, and ventilation to express the essence of Kailash.
