The design concept revolves around the serene life of Boman and Delara, an elderly Parsi couple who are retired textile merchants. Their home embodies comfort and tradition, showcasing the richness of Parsi culture. Living a peaceful life, they also manage a homestay for four guests, welcoming people from all backgrounds. This openness fosters meaningful connections between Parsis and non-Parsis.Their son, along with his wife and children, visits them at least twice every six months, making family spaces a vital part of the home. The design emphasizes accessibility for aging residents, energy-efficient solutions, and areas that foster cultural exchange, creating a vibrant, inviting home that bridges tradition and modernity.
