‘Akina’ an elegant and innovative dining establishment by MasterChef, is set to open in Ahmedabad, India. Named after the Japanese word for “bright” or “spring flower” the restaurant will feature a live kitchen, a dessert bar, fine dining seating for 75 guests, outdoor seating and a retail space offering MasterChef merchandise.
