Schools following active learning follow a very different pedagogy. Active learning requires a flexible layout, movement and circulation and collaborative zones. This requires often changes not only within a space, but also between different open, enclosed and semi-open spaces. Active learning not only requires circulation in classroom spaces, but also changing spaces. The product focuses on providing students and teachers with a furniture product that will facilitate classroom learning within the classroom and in semi-outdoor spaces like a porch or a courtyard.
