This studio was in collaboration with Steelcase, a multinational furniture manufacturer catering to offices, classrooms, hospitals and residential spaces. Being a highly globalized brand with standardized designs, Steelcase seeks insights to develop localized furniture for Indian (K-12) schools. The aim of this studio was to uncover those insights and design a product for schools following Active Learning pedagogies.  
While collaboration is the crux of Active Learning - we observed students lacking settings to informally collaborate outside the classroom. "Question" is a flexible seating collection for spontaneous collaboration. Deployed across several spaces in schools, it is designed to spark collaboration.
