Skaters navigate diverse terrain in the Indian urban environment from indoor settings and paved footpaths, smooth asphalt and rough streets, to dedicated rinks and skateparks. These transitions demand robust and adaptable equipment. The Ambi-Skate can be adapted both to Indian roads in various conditions and to dedicated skating spaces. It uses a simple mechanism to change its wheelbase for different kinds of skating: in a  skatepark or on the street.
