Service Operations Management is concerned with transforming input material like labor, infrastructure, etc. into expected quality services which would be delivered to consumers in the most efficient and effective manner. This student aimed to manage operation of Out-patient Department (OPD) services at an Urban Health Center (UHC). An UHC is the basic public unit to provide an integrated curative and preventive health care to the urban population.
