User Interface User Experience-case city

An evaluation was conducted to assess the user interface and user experience of the website portal, mobile application, and WhatsApp chatbot. This was done through user journey mapping and a literature review to identify user pain points. Based on the gaps identified, recommendations were provided for improvement. Implementing these recommendations, we assume that website Portal ,Mobile application and WhatsApp chatbot will work more effectively and efficiently.
