Rajkot is the city which is in the developing phase and is undergoing post- industrialization stage. The city is growing in unidirectional pattern and needs immediate proposals to caters its growing demands. In our development plan studio, we aim to work out a comprehensive DP for the city. Our approach was liberal so at to give structure to the growth and not to restrict it. Our main focus was to strengthen the road networks and other infrastructures so that the city can grow in a uniform pattern with providing room for all categories of people.
