The project aims to transform the neighbourhood into a Dynamic Cultural Hub fostering community engagement and interactions. By developing pedestrian streets and enhancing connectivity through non-motorized transport (NMT) routes, the project seeks to improve circulation, ensuring seamless access between cultural spaces, green open areas, and public transport nodes. The project aims to increase footfall and create a thriving, sustainable environment that encourages social interaction, cultural expression, and healthy living through thoughtful integration of mixed-use development and green spaces.
