The aim is to design a vibrant, pedestrian-friendly residential and mixed-use neighbourhood that fosters a strong sense of community while integrating seamlessly with the surrounding infrastructure. This will involve creating accessible open and public spaces around key public transportation hubs, particularly activating the lane leading to Motera Stadium to become a dynamic, welcoming gateway. The design will prioritize walkability and connectivity, ensuring the street network supports residential and commercial uses. By maintaining the existing character of the residential area and introducing carefully considered mixed-use developments, the project envisages the creation of a sustainable and lively environment that respects local heritage (Narendra Modi sports stadium) while accommodating future growth.
