The project reimagines the site as more than just another Central Business District. The masterplan transforms the area into an active urban hub that bridges professional and personal life through strategic urban design interventions. At its core, the project prioritises pedestrian-friendly neighbourhoods and vibrant street life, achieved through specific guidelines for building setbacks, street design, and land use mix. This approach moves beyond traditional CBDs to establish a more dynamic, accessible, and livable urban environment.
