The aim of this housing project is to analyse and propose optimal development along with planning and technical options of a ‘Greenfield Land’ considering underlying site context, applicable legal norms, existing macro - micro market - real estate scenario and its stakeholders' requirements. The proposed project is a Greenfield development in Naranpura area which was an old Green-belt of Ahmedabad,  enhance the knowledge with respect to the real estate market as well as develop important skills required to function in the real estate market and develop a financially viable and implementable project
