The project aims to improve the efficiency of existing Refuse Transfer Stations (RTS) and identify optimal locations for future facilities based on waste generation, spatial growth, and demand within the RMC area. By enhancing operations, upgrading technology, and improving resource recovery, it seeks to reduce landfill dependency and strengthen urban solid waste management.
