This project blends sustainable water management with community spaces, enhancing biodiversity and water quality through natural channels, vegetation buffers, and flood control features. One side supports active recreation, while the other offers serene areas for relaxation and engagement. This balanced approach fosters opportunities for recreation, interaction, and connection with nature while promoting ecological restoration and sustainability.
The project will adopt a PPP model, with CSR funding and private management for three years. Thereafter, AUDA will assume long-term maintenance, ensuring integration into the city’s infrastructure.
