A new approach to Land Pooling Scheme on PII Zone, Delhi

With a land pooling concept that combined multidisciplinary approaches for a high-quality built environment, the UERP Studio for Monsoon 2024 concentrated on building abilities to design detailed plans for greenfield regions. We evaluated the current conditions, examined the statutory provisions, and created ideas for street networks, zoning, infrastructure, and green spaces through site visits and discussions with stakeholders like DDA, NIUA, and landowners. We determined compensation and contributions for each parcel while we investigated implementation techniques such as land reconstitution and incentive redevelopment. To aid in learning, the semester featured role-playing exercises, talks, and presentations with outside specialists.
