The Connect

The project envisions a dynamic 700-acre masterplan connecting a bustling metro corridor to serene river edges. Anchored by socio-spatial sustainability—ensuring equitable access to spaces and fostering a sense of community—it integrates diverse open spaces every 240m, enhancing public engagement and vibrant urban life. The framework emphasizes human-scale design, blending transit-oriented development with an ecological landscape approach. Active streets, social infrastructure, and a green loop tie neighborhoods together, creating a seamless flow between the transit corridor and the riverfront for sustainable urban growth.
