The Surat High-Speed Rail Station, part of India's Mumbai-Ahmedabad Bullet Train project, is a key node in the country's first bullet train corridor. The vision is to develop the Station Area into a market responsive, high intensity transit-oriented hub that integrates hospitality, commerce and lively community for work , life and recreation .From the base prepared, detailed proposals are designed for green and blue network, road network, zoning and associated DCRs. Further, reconstitution of the plots within the scheme is done by following the statutory framework and then detailing the proposals along with submitting cost estimations, infrastructure details and phasing strategy.
