The PCMC TOD LAP project focused on developing a Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) plan for the Pimpri-Chinchwad area. Spanning 3.51 sq km, the plan aimed to enhance urban mobility, connectivity, and sustainability around the metro and BRTS corridors. Key interventions included optimizing land use, revising plots, securing public spaces, and designing a robust road network. Through mixed-use zoning and high-density development, the project addressed housing demands, economic growth, and equitable access, creating a blueprint for sustainable urban transformation.
