The Surat High-Speed Rail Station, part of India’s Mumbai-Ahmedabad Bullet Train corridor  is envisioned as a dynamic, transit-oriented urban hub that integrates hospitality, commerce and community spaces for living, working, and recreation. The project aims to foster high-density, mixed-use development that enhances connectivity and sustainability. Key proposals focus on creating robust green and blue networks, establishing efficient road layouts and implementing zoning and Development Control Regulations (DCRs) to guide structured growth. Land reconstitution is planned in compliance with statutory guidelines ensuring optimal land use. A phased implementation strategy  supported by detailed cost estimations and infrastructure planning ensures seamless execution.
