Saijpur Bogha: Shaping Identity Through Landmarks

Located in North-Eastern Ahmedabad, Saijpur Bogha has evolved from a rural area to a developing urban neighborhood. This project analyzes its distinct built forms, including row houses, apartments, and bungalows, and their impact on adjacent public spaces.  With a focus on how the precinct's distinctive layout promotes a variety of activities and interactions, the study investigates themes of inclusivity, accessibility, and connectivity. The narrative emphasizes the dynamic relationship between physical structures and the cultural identity they foster, shaping Saijpur Bogha as a distinctive urban precinct.
