The word “DIVERSITY” perfectly captures Khokhra, where every part of its 1 square kilometer tells a unique story. The area blends residential, commercial, industrial, and informal spaces, along with healthcare, temples, and green areas, forming a dynamic urban fabric. The streets, both abandoned and lively, display a mix of organic and inorganic elements. The people of Khokhra have a deep connection to this place, reluctant to live anywhere else. Despite its vibrancy, the area faces numerous challenges, which residents have adapted to, as explored in this portfolio.
