It has emerged as one of the city's prime localities, reflecting urban affluence and sophistication. The project explores the urban dynamics of Bodakdev, a prominent upscale neighborhood in Ahmedabad, focusing on its transformation into a modern urban hub. It examines key factors such as land use patterns, real estate development, and socio-economic changes. Bodakdev, known for its high-end residential complexes, commercial centers, and educational institutions, serves as a case study for understanding urbanization in affluent localities. The study assesses infrastructure, mobility, public services, and environmental sustainability to analyze the area’s livability. By integrating insights from residents and stakeholders, the project aims to highlight challenges and opportunities for sustainable urban planning and development in Bodakdev.
