Ayojan Nagar : From outskirts to residential hub

Ayojan Nagar, once considered an outskirts area on the western side of Ahmedabad, has transformed into a prime residential hub over the years, attracting individuals working in nearby commercial zones. The development of gated communities and bungalow-style residences has increased land values, turning the area into a high-class zone. However, these gated communities have led to inactive streets and limited social interaction, while the lack of local job opportunities has resulted in minimal commercial development. Despite its residential growth, Ayojan Nagar faces the challenge of balancing urban expansion with the need for more commercial infrastructure to foster a well-rounded community.
