The Construction Project Formulation and Appraisal studio evaluates the feasibility of the Greenfield Expressway project, a 213.800 km six-lane access-controlled road aimed at enhancing connectivity and regional development. The study employs C-P-O Analysis, Location and Demand Analysis, Stakeholder and Risk Management, Project Baseline, and Procurement Strategies. Lean tools such as Target Value Design and Choosing by Advantage are applied. The feasibility study examines alignment, structural design, traffic forecasts, ecological and social impacts, costs, toll revenues, and financial viability using NPV and IRR, ensuring the project's success.
