The studio for Construction Project Formulation and Appraisal is committed to thoroughly examining the diverse aspects of the project, with particular emphasis on the feasibility study pertaining to the Museum Project. This entails evaluating project goals, developing a Work Breakdown Structure and a Cost Breakdown Structure, analyzing Financial Feasibility, and setting a Project Baseline. This methodology is essential during the project's preliminary phase, providing valuable insights into its viability.
