As part of Studio 1 - Construction Project Formulation and Appraisal, a feasibility study was carried out for the Redevelopment of a Residential Apartment in Ahmedabad. The project is situated in Ahmedabad’s west zone, spanning 22,574 square meters. It aims to redevelop the existing 300 High-Income Group (HIG) units and 18 shops into 300 public housing units, 454 free-sale flats, and 34 shops. The new development will consist of two basements and 21 floors, designed to cater to the high-income residential market. This redevelopment project promotes sustainable urban growth, addressing housing needs while ensuring both financial feasibility and social responsibility.
