The Construction Project Formulation and Appraisal studio deals with a feasibility study for the Urban Olympic Road Redevelopment project, an sub-arterial road which connects highway and city center. The project proposes a Olympic theme based beatification with parallel parking on both sides of the road. The redevelopment is designed for whole stretch of 3.3KM and 30m width. This study encompassed an in-depth analysis, covering C-P-O Analysis, Location and Demand Analysis, Stakeholder Management, Risk Management, Project Baseline, Choosing by advantage, Work breakdown structure and Procurement strategies for consultants and contractors. The collective findings culminated in the creation of the project’s feasibility report.
