DESIGN OF PARKING BAY USING BRICK

This project involves designing a parking bay at CEPT University using brick as the primary material. It focuses on understanding brick's structural properties, including its compressive strength and durability, and applying these in the design of walls, arches, and reinforced structures. The design process will include form-finding, preliminary sizing, and structural analysis using both manual calculations and software tools. The goal is to create a functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing parking space, while ensuring the structural integrity of the brick elements. The project will also include detailing for key components of the parking bay structure.
